Travelling abroad? Speak to us before you go
International roaming can vary significantly between networks, destinations and tariff types. Before any employee travels overseas, we strongly recommend contacting our support team so that they can review the user's tariff, confirm any included roaming allowances and discuss any available roaming bolt-ons.
Failing to check roaming arrangements before travelling may result in significant out-of-bundle charges, particularly when travelling outside inclusive destinations or when using high volumes of mobile data.
Data usage abroad can increase quickly through activities such as video streaming, hotspot usage, cloud backups, software updates and synchronisation services. To help reduce the risk of unexpected charges, Delta 365 can assist with setting up per connection based Usage Alerts and Bill Limits via email notification.
